Un évènement intéressant à suivre ce mois ci et auquel inviter toute personne intéressée par l’innovation et la collaboration. IBM organise un Jam de 72h sur le thème de SmartWork, donc centré sur les thèmes de la collaboration et du réseau social.

Un bon exemple de sujet sur le rôle de l’innovation, le support du Jam est un Innovation Jam, à propos d’un thème qui touche le quotidien de tous les collaborateurs des entreprises. L’introduction sera faite lors d’un VideoCast avec Jon Iwata, Chief Marketing Officer qui répond directement à Sam Palmisano, et James Surowiecki, qui a écrit un ouvrage reconnu sur le Web2.0 “The Wisdom of Crowds”.

Le thème du VideoCast est basé sur ce constat :

* A typical organization loses 5.3 hours per employee per week due to inefficient processes impacting how they work
* The time we spend just looking for the right expertise and information to do our jobs adds up to two hours in a typical day
* Two-thirds of people believe there are colleagues who can help them do their jobs better…but they don’t know how to find them
