		<description>The observation that Stage 3 and Stage 4 intranets are close is quite significant.  I  have just completed an overview of the 6 stages of intranet maturity across the 8 dimensions.  What should become very obvious is that out of all the stages, Stage 3 Stage 4 show the greatest similarity.  Specifically, Adoption and User Needs are very uniquely coupled.</description>
