I used the term of "management 2.0" for the firts time on my french blog one year and half ago and I'm very happy to see it on another blog ;-) I'm especially happy to see people who understand that we have to take "2.0 values" to bring them into management and then, (and only then) we will have the right context to provide enterprises with 2.0 tools. Above all it's a matter of people before being a matter of technology. And we have to teach people how to "use themselves" before using any tool. Looking forward to seing you again. PS : I also believe it's a new discipline in management. But it's hard to make people understand that. Just had a look on you blogs and it’s true that we seem to be interested in the same things.
