		<description>Just had a look on you blogs and it&#039;s true that we seem to be interested in the same things.

I used the term of &quot;management 2.0&quot; for the firts time on my french blog one year and half ago and I&#039;m very happy to see it on another blog ;-)

I&#039;m especially happy to see people who understand that we have to take &quot;2.0 values&quot; to bring them into management and then, (and only then) we will have the right context to provide enterprises with 2.0 tools. Above all it&#039;s a matter of people before being a matter of technology. And we have to teach people how to &quot;use themselves&quot; before using any tool.

Looking forward to seing you again.

PS : I also  believe it&#039;s a new discipline in management. But it&#039;s hard to make people understand that.</description>
