Enterprise 2.0 is about trust

Trust will be the common theme linking all speeches at the “KM projects day” at ENSAM (one of the French Greatest Schools) on next tuesday. Of course, a lot of things condition enterprise 2.0 adoption but, considering behaviors and paradigm that makes things possible, trust is a key issue.

One can’t allow people to make “anything social” with any kind of autonomy if he doesn’t trust them, Lack of trust is the very essence of the “command and control” concept we all know it’s not efficient anymore.

The event will end with a panel of which subject is “web 2.0, trust and collaboration”. I’ll make a report in the following days.
