I think agility is (and will increasingly be) one of the main cause of success for enterprises. And it’s obvious social computing is one of the levers that will help enterprises going this way.
Agility also means change, adaptation…and I like those words from Jack Welch (former GE’s CEO) that totally fit the situation
“To become N°1 or N° 2 on each market we serve and revolutionize the company to get the rapidity and the agility of a small company”
