Another (good) point of view about enterprise 2.0

Frederic Cavazza, one of the very french more interesting bloggers about web 2.0 made a very relevant note about enterprise 2.0. Although I don’t totally agree whith him, mainly because I think he’s too focused on technology although technology is (according to me) only an essential consequence of a global project (that’s to say necessary but not enough) and because I don’t suscribe to the “enterprise 2.0 = collaborators 2.0 = HR 2.0″ equation, I highly recommend you reading his post.

Anyway, I know I mainly focus on the “how to” and I have to admit he perfectly describes what the result should be.

I also congratulate one of the only french bloggers who takes time to translate his posts in english. That’s hard and takes a lot of time but, considering the quality of the content, is worth the effort.

You can also have a look at my definition ;-) .
