		<description>I agree and would like to add, that exactly the same conclusions can - not surprisingly - be drawn from more than a decade of intranet use in organisations: willingness to change the organisation, mind-set, processes and culture is the key factor that sets successful intranets apart from the less so ones.
Companies can learn a lot from their own &quot;Intranet 1.0&quot; failures (and successes) before setting out for an Enterprise 2.0 journey.</description>
