Btw it makes us wonder about the relevance of the traditional business cases when aiming at make companies become less similar.</description>

On the title, I agree.  The conversation has moved from What to Why to When and now to How.  And not too soon, IMHO.  The what/why/when discussion can be researched online, but the how is very hands-on and customized.  So, we can still evangelize on the principles of e2.0, but to deliver on its promise, we all have to roll up our sleeves and actually do some work.</description>
