		<description>I agree that by removing obstacles, organizations give themselves room to grow. But the hard part is to convince managers that a lack of process doesn&#039;t necessarily mean a loss of control.

I&#039;ve had more success arguing that fewer, simpler rules lead to better compliance. Management may be willing to give up explicit processes if it gives them greater overall compliance with the rules.</description>
