Enterprise 2.0 – no!

You ask how Netflix would use web / enterprise 2.0 tools.   They might help - see Andrew McAfee in his original E2.0 article:

“Enterprise 2.0 technologies can make large organisations in some ways more searchable, analyzable and navigable than smaller ones, and make it easier for people to find precisely what they’re looking for.  The new technologies certainly don’t overcome all the dysfunctions of corporate scale. But they might be able to address some of them.”


However, I suspect Netflix would see them as irrelevant, and their employees wouldn’t use them – as they’re not focused on helping them individually perform, and there’s no focus on performing as a team.</description>
