The point you&#039;re making is very important and must indeed be made to both sides. Old IT must understand that not everything can be automated and put into processes. On the other social tools vendors must also acknowledge not everything is a network either. A key starting point is to acknowledge this, along with the fact that information is social; this leads to better IT projects and better business for sure.</description>
