Bertrand Duperrin, Business Director at Emakina France alsol eads the digital transformation practice. He is in charge of developping the business activity, the methodologies and leads consultancy and advisory missions for large european businesses in the field on digital transformation.

Bertrand started his carreer in the HR consulting industry where he mostly worked on collaboration and leadership issues. In 2006 he moved to the software industry, joining blueKiwi Software in the very early days of the company. At blueKiwi, he started the consulting/services activity in the field of enterprise social networks, being one of the first to lead such projects for large businesses in France. He joined Nextmodernity, a french expert consulting leading firm in the field of new management, collaboration and value creation practices in January 2010 and was appointed Director in 2012. He was in charge of the change management offering and developped a strategic partership with IBM.
Because of his past experience Bertrand has a deep understanding of both the organisational and technological side of Social Business. His major focus is the transformation of business structures, organisation and managerial model as levers to achieve greater business value.
Bertrand has worked with a wide range of companies including : Dassault Systèmes, Société Générale, La Poste (french postal services), BNP Paribas, Alcaltel-Lucent, Geodis, Finaref, AXA, Renault, IBM, SNCF (french railroads), Thalès, Pernod.
Bertrand has also given presentations at a number of industry events, including Webcom (Montreal), the Enterprise 2.0 Summit (Frankfurt and Paris), the Social Business Forum (Milan), HRTech Europe (Amsterdam), the AIIM Leadership Council (London)
Lastly, Bertrand has been named as one of the 100 people count in the digital industry in France in by the leading french magazine “01 business & Technology” in its 2013 ranking.
On a more personal standpoint, Bertrand is passionate about internet, photography, traveling and, most of all, the airline industry. He likes to define himself as a compulsive traveler and is the co-founder of the blog “The Travel Guys“, dedicated to travel experience.
