<p>Au delà de l&#8217;évolution esthétique, c&#8217;est au niveau fonctionnel que le pionnier du recrutement 2.0 (depuis 2004&#8230;déjà les offres en RSS à l&#8217;époque) a consacré ses efforts en allant encore plus loin dans la facilité d&#8217;utilisation (pour le condidat) et par conséquent la visibilité (pour le recruteur).<span id="more-293"></span><br />
- Avec la possibilité de rechercher par type d’entreprise, par secteur, par métier, une fois sur la page d’accueil vous êtes au maximum à un clic de la sélection d’offre qui vous intéresse…si elle n’est pas en première page. Pour les stages, on choisira également selon la durée, critère déterminant pour le stagiaire.<br />
- Vous pouvez vous abonner comme avant au flux RSS des annonces (<a target="_blank" href="http://blog.moovement.com/2006/02/20/tout-ce-que-vous-avez-voulu-savoir-sur-le-rss/">pour plus d’information voir ici</a>) afin de suivre le “fil de votre recherche” sans le caractère parfois intrusif des nombreux mails d’alerte. Mais, <strong>grande nouveauté</strong>, vous pouvez vous abonner au <strong>rss de votre recherche</strong>. Par exemple sur startup-job, tapez “.net” ou “développeur .net”, voyez les résultats et abonnez vous au résultat de cette recherche pour être informé de ce qui correspond exactement à votre recherche! Autre intérêt: le RSS est anonyme, plus besoin de communiquer votre email pour être tenu informé.</p>
<p>- <a onclick="javascript:urchinTracker ('/outbound/article/www.media-job.net');" target="_blank" href="http://www.media-job.net/">Media-job</a> inaugure le podcast d’offres: abonnez vous et écoutez les offres sur votre baladeur numérique quand et où bon vous semble.</p>
<p>- Quitte à faciliter votre accès aux offres, chaque job-blog est conçu pour être consulté depuis un téléphone mobile!<br />
- La rubrique “parole d’expert” vous délivrera des informations en relation avec votre secteur d’activité, votre métier, faisant ainsi de Moovement un véritable animateur de communautés sur le marché de l’emploi.</p>
<p>- Bien entendu ce qui a fait la réussite de <a target="_blank" href="http://blog.moovement.com">Moovement</a> continue: chaque offre a une URL fixe: il vous est ainsi aisé de la transmettre à un contact. C’est également pour les recruteurs la garantie d’une visibilité optimale et d’une indexation optimisée pour les moteurs de recherche.</p>
<p>Je synthétise:</p>
<p>- pour le recruteur: meilleure visibilité, meilleure indexation des offres, ciblage sur des communautés spécifiques afin de diminuer le rapport &#8220;signal/bruit&#8221; dans le recrutement qui implique traditionnellement d&#8217;affecter un surcroit de ressources au tri de CV.</p>
<p>- pour le candidat:  des offres plus accessibles, moins de recherche, des offres simples à transmettre et à bookmarquer, consultation par rss, podcast ou mobile, pas besoin de diffuser son mail pour être informé des nouvelles offres</p>
