There are some sentences that read like divine missives, so common-sense are they that they stand in stark contrast to limited approaches that are not adapted to the context and challenges facing companies and their managers.

The tools will only be fully effective in a managerial context that also takes into account the challenges of the digital, social and interconnected enterprise (a non-exhaustive list…choose the term that suits you best).
The real digital divide lies not so much in the tools as in the context in which they are implemented.
