The place of human resources in the digital transformation of organizations raises lots of discussions. I can’t count the number of articles and post on this topic, some alarmist, some still hopeful than HR won’t be the only one missing the train. This is a matter I’ll discuss on this blog in the next week.
That said, and despite appearances, there are lots of intersting things being said and done in this field. If you’re interested in this topic, I advise you to have a look at the HRTech Europe conference that will be held in Amsterdam the 23rd and 24th of octobre 2014
Besides traditional HR matters, I’ve noted
• A keynote by Gary Hamel
• A track dedicated to the Future of Workforce Learning
• A track dedicated to the Social Enterprise
• A track dedicated to The Future of Work.
The agenda is there and the speakers list there.
I’ve already attended and even spoken at HRTech Europe and what I can say is that if had to attend only one or two events in this field, this one must be one of them.
Follow this link to register. If you can’t attend, you can still follow the #Hrtecheurope hashtag on Twitter.
