Bertrand Duperrin is Head of People and Delivery at Emakina France.
He is in charge of programs aimed at human capital development and organizational performance.
This dual responsibility stems from his conviction, shared by the company, that if the development of human capital is aimed at creating and developing a potential of talents in the company, it is through “operations” that this capital is converted into value for the client and the company. These two dimensions must therefore be thought out and managed jointly.
His projects include: simplification of organization and processes, automation of routine processes (robotic process automation), rationalization of tools, transformation of support processes with a “service” approach, definition of a model for aligning objectives at all levels of the company (OKR), implementation of a Management Delivery Model, implementation of an Employee Relationship Management approach, managing recruitment and talent development.
