Bertrand Duperrin is Head of Employee and Client Experience at Emakina France.
Reporting to the President, he designs and manages programs aiming at making it easier, more efficient and engaging to work at and with Emakina.
These programs encompass : organization and process simplification, robotic process automation, tools rationalization, support processes transformation with a “servicing” approach, the design and roll-out of a Management Delivery Model, the implation of an Employee/client Relationship Management Approach and the management of internal coms and marketing.

Bertrand started his carreer in the HR consultancy industry where he mainly focused on collaboration and leadership issues. In 2006 he joined the software industry, becoming one of the first employees of blueKiwi Software. He built the vendor’s professional services offering about enterprise social networks roll-out and started this unit operations. He was on the first person leading such projects in France. In 2010 he went back to the consulting industry, joining Nextmodernity, a french leader in the field of new management, value creation and collaboration models. He was appointed to the position of director in 2012, developped a digital transformation offering and initiated a strategic partnership with IBM.
He joined Emakina in 2015 to start a digital transformation consulting acitvity. Then he was put in charge of leading the company’s sales and delivery activities as a Business Director before before driving, as a Head of Employee and Client experience, the transformation the company to align the client and employee perspectives.
His past experiences give him a deep understanding of the organizational and technological sides of digital transformation. He mainly focuses structural and organization transformation and leveraging new management models for value creation.
Bertrand worked for many businesses like : Dassault Systèmes, Société Générale, La Poste, BNP Paribas, Alcatel-Lucent, Geodis, Finaref, AXA, Renault, IBM, SNCF, Thalès, Pernod, Ingenico, Morpho, Essilor.
International speaker, he spoke at many industry events like the Enterprise 2.0 Summit (Paris, Frankfurt), the Social Business Forum (Milan), l’AIIM leadership Council (London), Webcom (Montreal), HRTech Europe (Amsterdam).
Bertrand was named in the list of the 100 most important leaders in the digital industry by 01 Business & Technologie magazine in 2013.
On a more personal standpoint Bertrand is passionate about internet, photography, travels and, most of all, the airline and hospitality industry. He’s co founder and co-author of the ravel Guys blog, about travel experience.
