Summary : everybody's talking about social and 2.0 in the workplace but, when it comes to put it at work, they often struggle at moving from a discourse in terms of philosophy and general postures to a practical implementation in everyone's day to day life. We need to go to a more granular level to determine principles of action and organization that need to apply to any work situation.
